These two homes may look alike on the outside but  the inside tells a different story. These homes were built by the same builder at the same time. The builder also used the same contractors and the same materials...

In this picture, the builder unfortunately, used unsealed traditional hardwood flooring in this home.   The floor, not being sealed, allowed moisture to penetrate the wood  which resulted in the cupping. It begs the question: "Why did the builder use the unsealed flooring?" The answer, to save $.25 per foot.

In this picture, the builder fortunately, incorporated pre-sealed flooring into this homes interior design. The pre-sealed floor stopped the moisture from penetrating the wood resulting in a perfectly flat floor. This floor will no doubt give continued years of enjoyment and beauty.

Is pre-sealed flooring worth the extra cost? YOU BET IT IS! If the builder knew then what he knows now, what do you think he would do? What would YOU do?

There is no question that pre-sealed flooring is a better building investment over unsealed flooring. For long-lasting performance, quality, and appearance, you simply can not beat the benefits and beauty of pre-sealed flooring.
